Monthly Membership Community
SEA Membership Agreement
This is an Agreement between You, the Member, and Spiritual Expansion Academy, llc.
By joining the SEA Community at www.melissafeick.com you become a Member of the Spiritual Expansion Academy community, you are accepting the terms and conditions in this Membership Agreement.
Your Rights
This Membership Agreement starts once you have accepted the terms during the online joining process. By accepting the terms you are agreeing to pay any applicable Membership Amount which is shown at the start of the joining process.
Your Spiritual Expansion Academy community membership will start immediately from the time you accept the terms and pay your initial membership fee.
Monthly membership is $29 per month, and yearly membership is $290 per year which is 2 months free! When you join the community, you agree for your card to be charged on a continual recurring basis.
For the 2-month bonus, the $29 per month charge will start after 2 billing cycles, you must cancel 5 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this Agreement no less than 5 days before the next billing cycle. Simply email us at info@oldweb.melissafeick.com and provide your name and the reason for canceling. We will cancel your membership and suspend payment processing.
Refund Policy
Spiritual Expansion Academy, LLC provides a full refund of SEA Membership fee upon request within the first five (5) days of membership. Per the Cancellation Policy above, you have the right to cancel this Agreement but no refunds after the first five (5) days.
Your Obligations
You agree to pay us the applicable 1-month Group Membership fee when you join online.
You permit ongoing direct debit or credit card charges to the account specified to be charged every month for your membership until canceled in writing. Canceling the Membership prevents your payment method from being charged the next month.
Your first SEA Membership payment is due upon joining online and each subsequent 1-month period commencing from your “join” date.
You agree to maintain a currently activated debit or credit card account for payment processing.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You agree that you have read and understood our privacy policy which is available below.
You agree to tell us immediately of any changes to your personal details including contact information and payment method.
Our Rights
We may terminate this Agreement and your Membership with immediate effect if you do not pay any applicable SEA Membership amount when it is due or for disruptive behavior.
This community is for you and the benefits are expansive. The more you participate, the more you will receive. Please take advantage of the training, meditations and Facebook lives. Enjoy the process and be open to the possibilities! <3
